I think it all depends on who the dj's let help put the state on the map. Because the dj is and always will be the foundation of hip hop. The dj came before the mc as we all know. So when MC's don't kiss enough ass to get exposure everybody loses. I know I do my best to rep the otherside of Oklahoma properly. Styleeon, Sincere, Ray Clout, Rebel Minds, Medu-Netr, Rich Harris out of the 405, Lil Rick. It's too much talent here. So I say lets judge people off of talent instead of politics. We are all in this together as OKlahomans

On a personal note you've heard me spit and watched me grow as an artist and you know what I am capable of. And honest to GOD it might sound cocky I might just be the most talented dude from here. And thats a bold statement considerin the fact that Oklahoma is loaded with talent. But I think I have the skill to back it up. But back on the subject over the past few years we have seen a rapid decline of the major label and they are becomin less and less relevant as time passes on. You take someone like Lil' Mama who was all over 106 and Park and MTV and the radio who was very well marketed and she ended up sellin only 19,000 copies her first week. And you take someone like The Roots who didn't hardly if at all get any video or radio play and in their first week they sell over 50,000 copies. And there are many more examples but that just goes to show you that when you make music for people who love music then you will always have a career. But if all you make is music that people can dance to then they only listen until their feet get tired. The major labels are mergin now as a form of desperation. Because they are bein outsold by independent artists who have complete creative control and are simply cuttin out the middle man.

It's not about one individual party at all. I'm not placin the blame on anybody in particular. We are all in this thing together. My point bein that the D.J. holds a lot of power. They are the ones who break and introduce new songs to the people. I have never asked for any favors. Nor am I lazy. I've done shows in Chicago, Dallas, Tulsa, and Oklahoma City. I've opened for Crucial Conflict, Do or Die, and Twista. Ask about me in the rap battle circuit. I've gotten in the trenches and gotten dirty in the battle scene. Nobodies askin for handouts. Just level the playin field. It seems like you took one thing and interpreted it into a personal attack on dj's. And its not. My attack is on the politics. Rappers need dj's and dj's need rappers. And anyone knows that. My point is also that favoritism does nothin for the good of the state. We all have one common goal. To put Oklahoma on the map for somethin other that country music, goin postal, and football. I've heard what people have to offer from all over the spectrum. And ain't nobody fuckin with us. Oklahoma is the illest! And we should show the world how good we are. It's not about me. It's not about the dj's. It's about the goal. I'll be the role player on the team. I don't have to be Kobe, or Carmelo. I could be Bruce Bowen or Marcus Camby. I knew JB before any of y'all did. I am in no way discreditin him in any way. JB is the most diverse and talented DJ in Oklahoma. He's the only one who could rock a club AND go head up with the Xecutioners. Dues should be paid in hard work. Not bullshit. Oklahoma is the Dream Team. So next time pay attention to everything and not what you suspect is an attack on dj's, or rappers, or anyone else that plays an important part in the movement. But I am honestly glad that you gave your honest opinion. That's some real shit and I appreciate that. Misinterpretations aside....Let's Build!
